Computer Limited Warranty:

The limited warranty for 3 months warranty for used computers and 3 years warranty for brand new computers. starting from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified for selected products or indicated on the final purchase invoice at the point of sale. This warranty is exclusively for the original consumer/purchaser and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, iCom Technologies will endeavor to repair any defective product or its parts using new or factory-rebuilt replacement components, providing the consumer with a fully functioning product. No charges will be incurred by the consumer for parts or labor involved in the repair. All replaced items, parts, circuit boards, or equipment become the property of iCom Technologies, excluding external housing and other external parts, which are not covered by this limited warranty.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only. The consumer must provide the purchase receipt and warranty card upon request from iCom Technologies as proof of purchase. Any transportation, handling, and delivery expenses associated with couriering the products are the responsibility of the consumer.

This limited warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress. Existing scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or the use of a metallic object when pressing on a touch screen. Equipment with a removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible serial number or enhancement data code. Ordinary wear and tear, including battery degradation. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by the manufacturer. Defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not provided or approved by the manufacturer, including unauthorized software installation and unauthorized root access, both of which void this limited warranty. Defects or damage resulting from external factors such as collisions, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of electrical sources. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, viruses, or other software-related issues introduced by updates or bugs from the manufacturer or the user. Battery-related issues are not covered if:

iCom Technologies is not responsible for data loss on repaired units. Neither iCom Technologies nor any authorized service center, person, or entity assumes obligations or liabilities beyond what is expressly provided in this limited warranty. Warranty terms, product features, and specifications may change without prior notice.

Procedure for Claiming Warranty:

To claim warranty, the consumer must first inform iCom Technologies of the defective product and return it to iCom Technologies or an authorized repair center if required. The consumer is responsible for the delivery and transportation expenses to and from iCom Technologies.

The consumer will be informed of and billed for any parts or labor charges associated with repairing the defective product, taking into account the product’s condition and compliance with the limited warranty terms. iCom Technologies reserves the right to accept or void warranty claims.

If the product is returned to iCom Technologies after the warranty period expires, iCom Technologies’ normal service policies will apply, and the consumer will be charged accordingly.

Once a warranty claim is accepted, iCom Technologies will require approximately 3 to 7 working days for inspection and, based on the issue’s nature, may repair or replace defective parts within 14 working days at its discretion.

Delivery Policy:

Prepaid deliveries will generally take 3-5 working days once the order is processed, with possible courier partner delays. Our company does not do cash on delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Once a product is purchased and collected or delivered to the consumer, iCom Technologies will not accept returns, except for valid defects eligible for warranty claims.

Exchanges are allowed for products returned in the same purchased and brand-new condition, with all package seals intact and untampered with, within 7 working days. Upon inspection and consideration by iCom Technologies management, the consumer can obtain a different product of equal value or upgrade to a different product by paying the price difference to iCom Technologies.

Refunds are not available.

By purchasing products via the iCom Technologies website or store, you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions of this limited warranty.
